• Ten factory preset programs are offered against 40 levels of resistance. These programs include Manual, Hill, Fat burn, Cardio, Strength, Interval, Fusion, Calories and Heart rate program 1 and 2. Facilities also have the option to create two custom programs
• The elliptical has a 7.5″ bright blue LCD screen on the console that gives users all the information they need and want at their fingertips including a separate Muscle Activation Profile that displays which muscles are gaining the most benefit during a workout.
• Contact and wireless heart rate monitoring options are also included to make workouts more effective
• A 400 lb. weight capacity and comes with a fully illustrated assembly guide and instruction manual. Assembly is required
