Accepted Payment Methods

We accept all major credit and debit cards, plus modern digital wallets. Here is the complete list:

1. Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)

  • Visa – Accepted worldwide. Instant authorization.

  • Mastercard – All types, including Debit Mastercard.

  • American Express (Amex) – We proudly accept Amex. Note: Amex transactions are processed with their standard interchange fees, which we absorb (you pay no extra fees).

How it works: Enter your card number, expiration date, CVC (the 3 or 4 digit code), and billing ZIP code. Stripe verifies the information in milliseconds. You will see a “Pending” charge on your bank statement immediately, but the actual capture happens upon shipment.

2. Debit Cards (With Visa/Mastercard logo)

  • Yes, your standard bank-issued debit card works exactly like a credit card on our Stripe system.

  • Important: Please ensure you have sufficient funds. If your bank declines the transaction due to insufficient funds, Stripe will notify you instantly. We cannot override bank decisions.

3. Apple Pay

  • For iOS and Mac users (Safari browser only).

  • One-touch checkout: Use Face ID, Touch ID, or your passcode.

  • Why we love Apple Pay: It creates a unique “device account number” instead of sharing your actual card number with anyone. Even Stripe sees a tokenized version. It is the most private way to pay.

  • Availability: Works on tracyvn.store when accessed via Safari on iPhone, iPad, or Mac.

4. Google Pay

  • For Android users, Chrome browser users on any device, and anyone with a Google account linked to a card.

  • One-tap checkout on any device where you are signed into Google.

  • This is NOT a subscription; it is simply a convenience feature.

What About “Buy Now, Pay Later” (BNPL)?

Currently, TracyVN LLC does NOT directly integrate with Afterpay, Klarna, or Affirm via Stripe. However, you can still use your credit card’s built-in “installment” feature (e.g., Chase “My Chase Plan” or Amex “Plan It”). Those arrangements are between you and your card issuer.

We are evaluating BNPL options for the future. For now, we focus on the most secure, immediate payment methods with the lowest failure rates.

Security Features – How We Protect Every Transaction

Because we are based at 5441 S Macadam Ave Ste R, Portland, OR 97239, we comply with all Oregon and federal financial regulations. Here is what happens behind the scenes to protect you:

Fraud Prevention Suite

Stripe’s machine learning algorithms analyze over 500 signals per transaction:

  • Is the IP address consistent with the billing address?

  • Is this card known for fraud in other stores?

  • Is the device fingerprint suspicious?

If a transaction is flagged as high-risk, Stripe may decline it automatically or request 3D Secure authentication. If your payment is declined, please double-check your billing address and try another card or contact your bank.

3D Secure 2.0

For certain transactions (especially international ones or high-value Cardiorespiratory Equipment over $200), Stripe will trigger a 3D Secure challenge. You will receive a pop-up from your bank asking for a one-time passcode sent via SMS or email. This is a GOOD thing – it ensures that even if someone has stolen your card number, they cannot use it without your phone.

No Storage of Sensitive Data

We, TracyVN LLC, do NOT store your full credit card number. Ever. Stripe stores a “token” (a random string of characters like tok_visa_1234...) that is useless to hackers. Our customer service team at +84987755357 can see the last 4 digits of your card (for identification) but nothing else.

Refunds and Chargebacks – The Stripe Advantage

One of the reasons we chose Stripe is their fair, transparent dispute resolution. If you need a refund (please see our Return Policy), here is exactly how the money flows back to you:

Standard Refunds (Initiated by TracyVN)

  1. You request a refund via tracydao@outlook.com.vn (including your order number).

  2. We approve the return (within 48 hours of receiving the product back at our Portland address).

  3. We log into Stripe and click “Refund.”

  4. Timeline:

    • Credit cards: Funds appear in your account within 5-10 business days (depends on your issuer).

    • Debit cards: Typically 3-7 business days.

    • Apple Pay / Google Pay: The refund goes back to the same digital wallet. Check your wallet’s transaction history.

We never charge a “restocking fee” for refunds initiated due to our error or product defects. For buyer’s remorse returns, please see our policy – but Stripe processing fees are non-refundable by Stripe themselves, so we absorb that cost internally.

Chargebacks (Disputes initiated by the customer’s bank)

We have a less than 0.5% chargeback rate (well below the industry average). If you see an unfamiliar charge from “TRACYVN LLC” or “STRIPE *TRACYVN,” please contact us FIRST at +84987755357. We can almost always resolve the issue faster than your bank.

If you file a chargeback without contacting us:

  • Stripe automatically freezes the disputed amount.

  • We have 21 days to submit evidence (tracking number, delivery confirmation, email conversations).

  • If we win the dispute (which we usually do for legitimate orders), the funds are returned to Stripe, then to your bank.

Our promise: We will never fight a legitimate return. Just email us. Chargebacks cost us money and time; we would rather give you a direct refund.

Currency and International Payments

While our headquarters is in Portland, OR, and our primary currency is US Dollar (USD) , we ship to international customers.

  • All prices on tracyvn.store are displayed in USD.

  • International cards: Stripe accepts foreign-issued credit cards (Visa/Mastercard/Amex). Your bank will handle the currency conversion. TracyVN does not add any currency conversion fees.

  • Apple Pay / Google Pay internationally: Works as long as the digital wallet is linked to a supported card.

Note for non-US customers: Your bank may charge a “foreign transaction fee” (typically 1-3%). TracyVN has no control over these fees. Please check with your bank before ordering.

Payment & Privacy – What We See vs. What Stripe Sees

We believe in radical transparency about data. When you pay:

TracyVN LLC sees:

  • The last 4 digits of your card (e.g., “**** **** **** 1234”)

  • The card brand (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)

  • The billing address (for shipping verification)

  • The transaction amount

TracyVN LLC does NOT see:

  • Your full credit card number

  • Your CVC code

  • Your card’s expiration date (except the last 4 digits and month/year in hashed form)

Stripe sees everything (because they need to process it), but Stripe is prohibited by law from using your data for anything other than processing. Stripe is also prohibited from selling your data.
